Cracking OPJEMS online test

Brief Introduction about me-
I just happen to take this OPJEMS test 2 times ,in my 2nd and 3rd year.I currently study Mechanical Engineering at NIT Rourkela. I was eligible for this scholarship 2 year's in a row (as I ranked 3rd in my class). As of now,I am awaiting the results of OPJEMS test.

Phase 1 : Tests at your college :

1. Psychometric test
Now , this is a test , one cannot prepare for. To be very true, you cannot cheat on this exam, and if you are, then you are only lowering your chances to qualify. It is an attempt to judge you, the kind of person you are, the qualities you have, the kind of decisions you are likely to take and the kind of leadership qualities you hold. The only tip , I can give is, be honest, and be consistent in the answers you choose. Start the exam with a particular image of you in your mind, and stick to that image/that thinking about yourself throughout the test. I would suggest you all go and take a free psychometric test on this site.

The test's format:
In every question , there were 4 option choices. Basically 4 adjectives. For each of these questions, we had to choose 1 of the options/adjectives that best describes us, and 1 of them that least describes us. I do not remember for sure, but there was some question that was situation based; as in, there was a situation given, and from the option choices, we had to pick the choice, that we would most likely do, and the one that we would least. It's better you stick with your answers throughout the test and don't try to showcase anything different from what you are.
